Visiting this website

This site has no enquiry form, user accounts, analytics, advertising, embedded maps or third-party widgets. Its pages, fonts, images and scripts are delivered from the site itself.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, run by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare does this for us as a service provider. Cloudflare says it processes this information in its data centres in the United States and Europe “for a limited period of time”. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

Cloudflare can process this information in the United States and other countries. For transfers from the UK it relies on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and similar technology

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not load any content from Trustpilot or other third parties. There is no cookie banner because nothing here needs your consent.

Cloudflare security cookies
If Cloudflare’s bot protection is switched on, Cloudflare may set a cookie such as __cf_bm to tell people apart from automated traffic. Cloudflare describes these cookies as strictly necessary, and __cf_bm expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare’s cookie list explains each one.

Links to other websites, such as ADI’s Trustpilot page, open those sites under their own privacy and cookie policies.

When you contact ADI

If you telephone or email ADI, you choose what information to provide. Details about the property and suspected leak can be relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information about neighbours or other residents.

ADI’s handling of service enquiries and bookings is described in its main privacy policy, which you can request at admin@adiproleak.com. ADI’s booking terms also describe telephone recording.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, or ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, and you can object to how it is used. Contact admin@adiproleak.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
